Tamika White: ¿Por qué Llevas tu Pelo Como lo Llevas?
Tamika as a kid always wore braids, as she grow older she felt the need to fit in, so she got into spray-box and weaving trying to “look the part”, later she got tired of this dynamics of keeping up with esthetics that did not belong to her, so she decided to tryout locks, and she feels wonderful with her hairstyle ever since and learned that she didn’t have to fit in.
Tamika cuando niña siempre llevo trenzas, a medida que creció sintió la necesidad de encajar, así que inicio a usar lacas y extensiones tejidas para intentar verse como “debía”, más adelante ella empezó a cansarse de esta dinámica de mantener una estética que no le pertenecía, así que decidió intentar con los “locks”, y ahora ella se siente maravillosa con su estilo de cabello y aprendió que no tenía porque encajar en nada.
